London Luton Airport was enlarging their airside departure terminal and wanted to evaluate the commercial potential during and after a phased redevelopment.

The programme of work included extensive customer research to quantify passenger segments and the modelling of passenger behaviour, requirements and spending as well as establishing the optimal retail mix.

An on-going programme of customer research continues.
