We were first approached to assist the TAV Consortium on their BOT bid for the new International Terminal and subsequently to undertake a retail strategy and retail planning and design concept for their award winning terminal.

Our study involved an extensive passenger survey, the analysis of passenger segments and the forecast growth in traffic, recommendations on the merchandise and tenant mix, an estimation of revenues and the design direction of the retail areas.
