Hamburg Airport

Hamburg Airport was planning a new terminal and ARC was appointed to establish the most effective retail revelopment option for the terminal area. This resulted in a new proposed airside centre to be developed in 2007 between the existing Terminal 4 and the new Terminal 2 which is currently under construction.

Our work involved a complete analysis of all airlines, destinations and passenger segments, passenger and visitor behaviour and requirements, concession planning, retail and catering mix and space and revenue projections as well as resulting improvements to passenger flows and processing.
