Unique Zurich Airport

We have been working with the Zurich Airport Authority since 1995, evaluating different terminal and satellite development options, preparing a commercial brief for their architectural competition and evaluating submissions.

In addition we have been responsible for the consequent concession planning of the airside centre and landside shopping plaza as well as undertaking passenger surveys, revenue modelling, formulating the airside and landside merchandise and tenant mix and providing design guidelines.
