Aéroport Nice Côte D'Azur

Aéroport Nice Côte D'Azur was in the process of re-developing and extending Terminal 2 and wanted to optimise the retail and revenue potential of the passenger and user mix.

ARC reviewed all airline and passenger data, passenger behaviour, flows and requirements to determine how much space should be provided. We then analysed all passenger processing and terminal utilisation and building design to determine how much space could be provided.

Our work demonstrated how much additional revenue could be achieved and the required strategy to deliver it including the merchandise and tenant mix and design guidelines.
